Houses' Volleyball Games

At school they implemented a system of houses last year. It's like Harry Potter, but without magic and wands. There are 4 houses: eagles (white), bears (green), sharks (blue), and lions (red/orange). Each house has its own personality. For example, eagles are fearless, creative and they work with a vision and are intuitive. Bears are strong, generous, courageous and show empathy towards others. Sharks are determined, resilient, and audacious. Finally, lions are honorable and great leaders.
Depending on the qualities of each student they get sorted into one of the 4 houses. I got into Bears. Just like in Harry Potter, we fight for points which add up until an event called Game of Houses where you can win the final prize: a trophy. On Friday, the houses played volleyball.
The first game was lions vs. eagles. I, a bear, was rooting for the lions because many of my friends are in lions. Last year I rooted for eagles because lions played against us bears.
The game was very tense. One team scored a point, then the other, then the other. Their game lasted an hour and a half (1h30mins). They were such great competition that they went to a third set. During the first set, the lions dominated the game, However, the eagles won. People from the official school volleyball team were playing in their houses so it was nice and frustrating to see people who are not in the volleyball team play with people who are.
The second game was bears versus sharks. The game hasn't finished, but it was cut off at 12-12. If the bears don't give up easily, our game might be as tense and interesting as was lions vs eagles. And we might win 3rd place instead of the usual 4th place we win.
